The need to check their vehicles better. They also need to tell people they need to have the app and follow app (text) before leaving location. I asked and the guy said that I didn’t need to do anything. There was actually less gas than rental said. Back of truck was dirty (broken plastic and blankets all over the floor). The inside of the cab was dirty and snelled. The vehicle ran really tough. Positive side was they were very accommodating on the return.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI returned it in better shape and only used it half the time I needed it and 100 miles ish less than estimated. They said I left it with 1/8th tank. I have a picture of mil3s and fuel time stamped. They are car salesman. I am disputing the charge.

Drew AClean and service vehicle please. The check engine light was on and the drivers side door was hard to close. Had to slam the door several times to get it to close properly. Probbly check the alignment. Pulls to the right a bit
