Go over all the questions thoroughly and make effort to do what the website says. We as customers are not aware of everything needing to be asked because we do not work for uhaul. We know what we need but its up to you to get it for us and inform us about all pricing.
Lisa HI ordered a 4 wheel dolly and a utility dolly; however, I received two utility dollies instead. This made moving a little more difficult than it should have been.
Tonya MMy experience at this location was good but overall experience with u haul was terrible. I went to the location that called to confirm reservation night before . I had to call multiple times for anyone to come to the door and once they did i was told that the reserved vehicle would not be there for two hours. Not only did i have to go to a different location i had to get a bigger size. It was a horrible experience and would never recommend again
