How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything was terrible about this place. She was supposed to be there from 9 AM to 2 PM. I had to fly my son-in-law in on Friday ($300!!!) so he could hook the trailer up. Because she stated she could not do it and did not have anyone to do it. We finally get it hooked up after figuring out which trailer it is and realize there’s wire showing through on the tire. So before we could even leave Uhaul, we have to call roadside assistance to replace a tire. Plus there was no line to hook the lights up to the vehicle. So then we had to buy that. We were there from 1115 to 3 o’clock. It put us behind on our trip. Which meant we had The truck and trailer for longer than we were suppose to. Which I was charged for. She also stated that she opened up where I could return the Uhaul trailer too. So I did return it to the nearest to me. And was charged for that. She also stated that she gave me 200 extra miles. She didn’t. And I was charged for that as well! I would definitely not recommend for anyone to return to this Uhaul. Don’t even know if I would recommend anyone to use Uhaul at all. The trailer swayed the entire time we were driving it. There was something wrong with the wheels on it. It was hard to control the vehicle, pulling it. And driving it all the way to Florida from Asheville, North Carolina was not fun. This cost me so much more money!!! When we returned the trailer, the guys at that Uhaul could not believe that trailer was rented to us. We had to hook it up to the back of my daughters truck because it would not even go on the Uhaul!!! So now more money on 3 tanks of gas!!! Yes. I’m PISSED!!!
AUTUMN FVery thankful for their help and caring about our safety back home… they were very helpful on attaching the tow dolly to the U-Haul truck considering how hot the weather was. Very kind and helpful people.
floria ui found all to be in good order, picking up the van staff was helpful and got me on my way promptly. Dropping off the van the same prompt efficient work.
