It was 4 and no one was there. It was a shack on the side of a thift store and the people at the store were no help at all. I had to just leave the trunk. Very uncomfortable feeling.
Patrick PWe were charged for equipment we rented but did not receive (appliance dolly), and initially the U-haul we reserved was cancelled without any notification so when we were getting ready to go pick it up, we had to call customer service and figure something out last minute. Coincidentally for the same location that had previously cancelled us (Martinas), but there was no appliance dolly. At the beginning of the original order made days before we needed it, we selected Ryno's in Canton and that location got changed to Martina's referencing no mobile pickup available after hours, so it should never have been an option for online reservation to begin with.
