I estimated the travel at30 miles and only actual miles I put on the truck was 16. I took pictures, so I have the proof. I haven’t been notified yet as to where my refund is or even if they are going to refund. Not happy with overcharging.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe staff was friendly and went well. But there was no one to help me unhook the trailer. I think you need to know that before you go there.
KENNETH KWhat started off as a self checkout turned into needing an agent to get approved. Truck was filthy. Vehicle smelt of nicotine. Check out agent never mentioned filling out a questionnaire therefore once I picked up my coach, delivered it and came back, I had then noticed the notification.

Mireille BI’m not sure if the U-Haul needs a new battery or a starter, multiple times I stopped to fill up with gas and it almost didn’t crank. It was sluggish an old and way too many miles on a gas engine truck. I didn’t feel comfortable driving it that long of a distance, but I did it anyway.
