The attendant told me after I hooked up the trailer that they would come out an take a picture. I reserved moving blankets and was told they didn't have them.

Ronald Sfix the reservation process as I was charged for 2 days when you are only open thru Noon Saturday. My return was a full day early.
GEORGE BWhen we first got in it, it smelled like someone had smoked in it. I’m not sure if we just got used to it, but it did seem better later. Other than that, it was clean. The attendant that helped us was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I returned the truck and dolly a day early. The check in process went smoothly. I left the dolly in the back of the truck, because I didn’t know where else to leave it. If I need a U-Haul in the future, this will be my first choice to rent from.
