How U-Haul Reviews WorkI estimated the travel at30 miles and only actual miles I put on the truck was 16. I took pictures, so I have the proof. I haven’t been notified yet as to where my refund is or even if they are going to refund. Not happy with overcharging.
Marianne BThe staff was friendly and went well. But there was no one to help me unhook the trailer. I think you need to know that before you go there.
KENNETH KWhat started off as a self checkout turned into needing an agent to get approved. Truck was filthy. Vehicle smelt of nicotine. Check out agent never mentioned filling out a questionnaire therefore once I picked up my coach, delivered it and came back, I had then noticed the notification.
