The system was down I was in a hurry and had to wait because of that. I also booked online a one way rental but when ready to return at a drop off the only location was where I picked up so I had to tow empty trailer back when I didn’t need to

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAll done well…agent was a great help!
kathleen pU Haul shifted my pickup location across town without consulting me first. The new location did not have the furniture dolly or 24 furniture pads that i reserved. This location was also inconvenient and a much longer drive from where i had originally reserved the equipment.
Joseph WThe owner of the uhaul branch was not present at the gas station when I rented the truck and trailer. His employee had to call him on the phone, and he completed my rental over the phone. Nobody came outside to assist in hooking up the trailer. The truck was out of alignment, and was not cleaned thoroughly.
Robert WThere is a language barrier at this location that is fairly frustrating. The employee handed me a phone and I had to talk to an English speaker to make the reservation. That seemed a little odd to me so I made a reservation online in front of the employee. After that it went very smoothly. I saw an older gentleman struggle through the same process after me.
