I did two separate rentals on two different days. The first day I did a mobile pickup and got to the place and there wasn’t a vehicle there that looked like the one I reserved and the app was not allowing me to check in so I called and was relocated me to a different location with the vehicle I reserved. Once I arrived, I still wasn’t able to check in so I called back. They said the representative I previously spoke with did not replace the reservation correctly. Once they fixed that, it still wasn’t working and it took another hour and a half to finally get my vehicle. On the second day I went and checked in and when it got to the part for them to provide a code to the lock box to get the keys, it prompted me to go inside and speak with a representative but this location there was no “inside” just a parking lot with U Haul vehicles. Spent another forty five minutes on the phone with a representative trying to find a code for the lock box. Honestly the app sucks and the representatives were good maybe just need more of them to help with the work load. Was behind schedule both days and overall was an absolute pain to get things in order.
