We originally made a reservation close to our house but were rescheduled to pick up at this location without being asked. This added 30 minutes round trip to pick up and drop off.

SON NTruck had severe damage to nose cone with gaping hole inside box and box was completely detached from cab. Location was surrounded by numerous unsafe individuals sleeping in the lot, and appearing to have substance abuse/mental health issues.
APRIL MThe process of picking up on the app is a nightmare. Nothing is explained. Photos don’t save. This location in particular does not feel safe to park your personal vehicle at, or to even take pics of the u-haul for too long at. the attendant was kind and efficient - so nothing against him. but I would never rent here again.
