Are you kidding? I got the WORST service, all the way around AND THROUGHOUT and was charged 3x the price!!! I am still in discussions to mitigate the circumstances THAT BEGAN AT THAT POOR REPRESENTATION OF A UHAUL outlet!!!! I am at the point of giving Penske ALL of my business from now on IT WAS THAT BAD!
Kathryn PRalph was very attentive and friendly. The vehicle was clean and in great condition. Really made moving seamless for me. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Kristopher MI had an original location that up front gave me the total cost with 20 miles but you guys called and said I would get it for 79 per mile but at the end cost me more I asked about gas and and was told it was included plus taxed on gas aw well. Only did 16 miles and paid almost 70 only had for 3hrs never again.
