I was originally told I would be given 100 extra miles because my pick up location was changed significantly a few hrs before my pick up time (same day) had to change my pick up time, get a new driver, and adjust everything just for them to not add the 100 extra miles. I ended up paying out of pocket for all the extra miles I drove.

There is no jack on that 12" trailer and it is very heavy to lift.
Matthew WThe drop off location business was closed. Your app refused to scan their QR code, and when you push the button "Having trouble scanning the bar code" they give you instructions for dropping the keys off and pretty much tell you "Good luck" and then even though I dropped the truck off around 7p, but was schedule to drop it off at 11:30pm, I still got charged for after hours use. I'm assuming because it didn't register my turning in the truck. Given my total experience with your app, I'll probably look into penske or another truck rental company on my next move.
