Patel was "very" helpful. He helped my husband, who is a senior (79 yrs young) by hooking the trailer up to our vehicle. We were very grateful for his help. Also, we did not do the reservation on line so he did it for us. We were at our cottage so we couldn't book it on line since there is no service there. Also, my husband never puts his credit card info on line any way.
DENNIS FDropped it off at 1030am didnt get receipt till 330pm and only because head office called on our behalf to get it done to avoid extra charges. Thank you Whitby customer service.
