My original pick up location was Pembroke. They didn’t have any 15’ trucks on the day I needed I so they changed the pick up location to Barry’s Bay. This location was closed after hours. Normally keys are in a lock box. At this location, the person at the motel hands them to you once you show confirmation. I was having issues with the mobile app and had a simple question for the desk clerk. He was rude and waived me off —- TWICE. One of the times I was on the phone with a UHaul representative and even he was flabbergasted by the way this man treated me.

david cPatel was "very" helpful. He helped my husband, who is a senior (79 yrs young) by hooking the trailer up to our vehicle. We were very grateful for his help. Also, we did not do the reservation on line so he did it for us. We were at our cottage so we couldn't book it on line since there is no service there. Also, my husband never puts his credit card info on line any way.
DENNIS FDropped it off at 1030am didnt get receipt till 330pm and only because head office called on our behalf to get it done to avoid extra charges. Thank you Whitby customer service.
