am formally disputing charges assessed on Contract No. 87371630 for my rental from Plank Food Mart/U-Haul at 8085 Plank Road, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. When I picked up the truck at approximately 9:30 AM, I opened the cargo area and found THREE TABLES left inside from the previous rental, and the truck was dirty. I personally had to remove the tables and clean the truck before I could use it. People at the rental location witnessed me doing this. Despite providing me with a dirty truck containing another customer’s property, I was subsequently charged a $25 cleaning fee. I dispute this charge in full. It is unreasonable to charge me for cleaning a truck that was already dirty when it was provided to me—especially when I was the person who actually cleaned it. I also returned the truck with the same amount of fuel it had when I received it. Nevertheless, my receipt shows a $30 Fuel Service Fee plus a $19.80 fuel charge, totaling $49.80. I dispute these fuel charges in full. I should not be charged for fuel when the truck was returned at the same fuel level at which I received it. I am requesting: 1. A full refund of the $25 cleaning fee. 2. A full refund of the $49.80 in fuel-related charges, along with any associated taxes. 3. A review of the pickup and return documentation showing the recorded fuel levels. 4. A written explanation and resolution of these disputed charges. The condition of this rental at pickup was unacceptable. I should not have been required to remove another customer’s property and clean the truck before I could use it, and then be charged a cleaning fee afterward. I am asking U-Haul to review this matter promptly and refund the charges that were improperly assessed.

Stanley WStop allowing that location to charge people in the blind. I was charged 184 dollars for a one way trip from Baton Rouge to Lafayette with fuel 42 additional dollars ( 36 I put in and 6 dollars upon the return) 226 dollars total. I moved my son to that same location when school started for nearly 60 dollars less using you guys. I won’t use you guys again
