Called ahead to ensure equipment available, was told it was. Booked my rental online , went to pick up the equipment next day and was told they don’t have it. Pick up time wasn’t until 1pm, no one called to say they didn’t have the equipment, and let me drive over 30 minutes to the pick up location to find out they don’t have it. Instead they had an enclosed trailer , which is not what I was looking for, and ended up having to change my plans completely. Very nice people , but when I call ahead to ensure the equipment is there, then show up mid day to pick it up, a courtesy call would have been nice so I didn’t drive out of my way for something I didn’t want to rent in the first place.

Dave Lthe drop off location had minimal parking, it was flooded and there was no one on site to help. We parked the vehicle and dropped the keys in a key slot that was not marked with any U-haul signage.
