the inside of the trailer needs to be washed. The person that checked me in didn't even walk outside with me to look at the trailer or help me set it up. He just pointed outside and said the trailer is out there. Thought the service was NOT that great. It was much better at the dropoff loacation.

extremely expensive for 6 hrs of use
Theresa LU-Haul changed my pickup location without notifying me. Not far away, but still, not what I reserved. Location did not have piano dollies available for rent. We were moving two pianos.
Brad Wended up swapping out truck for a bigger one. smooth sailing. would use again,
ray vLet the guy know who helps with the Auto Transport that the wheel covers on the trailer are able to come down to allow the car doors to open. Would have save me from having to crawl out the window. LOL he was super helpful and nice for sure.
