I rented a 6x 12 trailer on Tuesday for five days. On Friday, the third day, I received a call at 2:10 saying I had to get the trailer back by 3:15 as it had been rented to someone else. I asked what if i did not get the trailer back to you by 3:15 and was told there was a $50 penalty for late returns - even though I had until Sunday morning to return it. I returned it on Friday at 3:30, but was charged for four days - Wednesday to Saturday even though i returned it on Friday. Really poor customer satisfaction....
