I reserved a truck in Saskatoon months earlier, only to be told the afternoon before that we had to drive over an hour to Biggar to pick up the truck. When we got there, we were told there were no dollies or packing blankets that I had pre-ordered. So we had to drive back to Saskatoon and go out of our way to a Uhaul office to pick them up separately. It was inconvenient and put us hours behind our schedule. This is not a location issue - it is a UHaul issue.

Equipment was clean, but truck badly needed new shocks or struts as it was very painful to ride in over even small bumps. Also, ABS/reaction control light came on before end of trip
Bryan ECheck engine light was on in the vehicle, gas was lower than indicated on contract.
Ang PThis location does not have the options shown during on-line booking (shipping blankets, dollies, etc...) but allows you to chose and pay for these options. This should be clearly stated in the booking process so that customers actually get what they may be counting on.
