The U-Haul facility owner (Joe) that I dealt with throughout this 1,800 mile one-way rental was simply OUTSTANDING! He was over-the-top helpful in making available the trailer I needed for the items I needed to move, he hooked up the trailer in short order, and provided my invoice online. Great service!
