Check your trucks after a rental. I had a horrible experience and would not rent from this location again.
Christine WI prefer dealing with Uhaul directly. Originally I was supposed to drop off at uhaul in Norristown.
Rebecca TGot bumped from our original pickup location to here, had to change to earlier pickup which was a challenge for us, ordered furniture pads that weren’t in the truck as we told they were, had to make another trip to our original pickup location to pick those up.
Kimberly GThis was an absolute nightmare. Had to be on the phone with customer service for hours because they lied about both the starting fuel and mileage, said they fixed it, was still overcharged. More long customer service waiting and still no resolution after 2.5 hours later of calling, documenting photos, and emailing. I am still over charged. Never using uhaul again unless this is fixed.
