I had trouble in the morning with the lock on the lock box. It might need some WD-40. Other than that the staff was very friendly and the truck helped me accomplish my tasks for the day. Thank you.

Junaluska -I need to rent a vehicle to move something. They’re the ones I go to.
Luis LI had to spend $36 extra because U-Haul moved my pick up location twice. It was 12 miles further than the first location, which is close to home. I asked them to credit me $36 for the 12 miles times $1.49 a mile but they said U-Haul couldn’t guarantee the location of pick up. Poor customer service on that one thing. I’ll try to argue my case with corporate U-Haul and see what I get.
