Very helpful location. We were routed to different locations by the AP trying to drop off the truck, so don't assume the address on your contract is correct. We were very pleased to find someone to help us after trying to drop off for a few hours.

Bram FThe mobile check in wasn’t easy. I was told by customer service the prior day the app wasn’t needed to pickup. I went through the steps which was really slow & it was asking me information that was already entered when making the reservation. When it got to drop off location, it was giving me places I didn’t select. A guy from the shop came up to me & stepped in to assist even though U-Haul had closed at 4:30 pm. I truly appreciate he’s generosity & willing to assist us. Also, our truck only had 1/8 tank of gas which isn’t ideal when you’re in an area you’re familiar with to get gas.
