We dropped off the truck and tailor on a Saturday morning around 9 AM. The address on the contract was not the correct drop off location, the attendant that we talked to had to direct us to an abandoned gas station one block from the address on the contract. There was no one there to receive the truck and trailer but there was a drop box that we finally located after searching for at least 10 minutes. There was not a U-Haul sign or U-Haul trucks and trailers at the front of the location to indicate a U-Haul dealer, it was very confusing to say the least.

Wrong address was given to me. If i wouldn't of had my son who knew the person and called equipment would of been dropped off at wrong location
Kelly RMy location was changed from one to another without anyone asking. I was able to call customer service/scheduling and spoke with the kindest woman! She was a breath of fresh air in this day. But someone should have asked if I would rather change my truck due to availability or change my pickup location. When I arrived to get my truck I realized it was parked between two other trucks very closely together and one to it's back left. I had to inch it forward and backward enough times to get it out of this spot and back between two trucks. No one should ever have to do this.
