The guy arrived late (35 minutes after their opening hours). He never apologized for it (a minimum curtesy, right?). I told him that I was not able to pick up the truck on the app for some reason (not working) and gaslit me in saying that I could have had the truck earlier with app and I should not blame him for being late. He also said that I should not be late to drop off, even though I said that he was late so that was rich from him. He flipped and was the rudest. He was definitely a misogynist (looking at me with dishust because I was in shorts) and should NOT be in costumer service. The truck was great and the app worked later during the day.

John PBusiness opened late and was not open when we arrived. Moving materials that were requested were not provided. Check out process was difficult.
Darcy GThere were a few hiccups with the original reservation, but it was easily solved by a call to customer service. All went well and the truck was very adequate, thr staff at the pickup location are super friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to anybody
