Business opened late and was not open when we arrived. Moving materials that were requested were not provided. Check out process was difficult.

warren bThe shop guy didn’t have my reservation. And when I show to him through my phone he said he didn’t have the truck available and the rate provided by him was 70% more than what the app shows. I spend 40min on the phone with costumer service to solve that. The parking brake is broken, the internal flip-down shade is broken as well and interrupts visibility since you have to be bending again and again. I got charge for an appliance trolly and i never got it. In general a really bad experience.
