The shop guy didn’t have my reservation. And when I show to him through my phone he said he didn’t have the truck available and the rate provided by him was 70% more than what the app shows. I spend 40min on the phone with costumer service to solve that. The parking brake is broken, the internal flip-down shade is broken as well and interrupts visibility since you have to be bending again and again. I got charge for an appliance trolly and i never got it. In general a really bad experience.
