How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe rental truck was very difficult to start either the starter is bad or possibly the battery. I had to try to find the representative. He wasn’t in the office when I arrived. Equipment was not there. I had reserved a dolly and no U-Haul had one available so I had to rent run from the hardware store. All in all this rental with U-Haul was not as I have experienced in the past at all, usually it is very good, but this one was not at all.
Cynthia DVehicle was unsafe and leaked gasoline near the tank when filling... I also paid roughly $80 to drive 15 miles in town
