The UHaul phone app is very problematic. The staff at Magazine Beach Shell were quite helpful when I had problems with the app. It would be nice if one could check in and out with a person.

If I were to rent again, I would actually go to a U-Haul site. Renting off the app went slowly and service just felt not so helpful. The vehicle was low on gas (near empty) when I picked it up. The staff just kept prompting me to scan the QR code. Check out took a long time and service just felt not helpful. The convenience of the location was out weighted by the slowness of the steps of checkin and checkout and the lack of helpful service. I should’ve drove to Central Square or Medford.
