Apparent new lady didn’t have a clue how to handle U-Haul. Understandable, but took several attempts to get in touch with somebody that could help her. Process interrupted several times while dealing with the slot machine and vape customers.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe app did not work for check out, and the customer service # was not super helpful. However, the attendant at Kitty Mart - Lorraine was great and helped me get this squared away. Many thanks to her!
Miles BI was unable to verify my picture was uploaded of this location but I have photos in my phone gallery if needed and spoke to staff inside to confirm. Young lady indicated she never returned a truck so I returned via mobile app.
MARIA SI booked 15' truck, instead I got 10', I tried to ask the person behind the counter at the location, he said, they don't have 15' right now, and he can't do anything about it, and gave me 10'. I went back at night to check if they have 15', they had one sitting at their lot, and I asked if they could change that for me, but he said sorry, I can't find you in UHAUL app booking, so I can't do it. Very bad experience.
Saurin PKitty Mart and personnel was GREAT!! VERY HELPFUL! Explained the app, etc. Truck was clean.
