All the issues we had were because of the errors made by the woman on the U-Haul line who scheduled everything for us. Pick up location personnel were excellent and helped us to correct the errors made by the U-Haul reservation lady. I usually book everything myself on line, however their system would not allow me to schedule both a crew to help us load and another crew to help us unload - so that is why I called the U-Haul number. The woman gave us false information about pick up, saying my daughter could pick up the truck - when she got there was told no - only the person who made the reservation was allowed to pick it up. We were on the road there and they held the truck until we got there. But meanwhile we were paying for 2 men to stand around waiting for us to get the truck so they could load it. She did not add our blankets and hand cart I told her we needed and put in the wrong time slots for our unloading (am instead of pm) help along with our address being incorrect!!. So we ended up driving the 4 hours back the same day we got there instead of spending the night as planned. We finally pulled in our driveway about midnight in a horrible thunder and lightening storm instead of being able to drive home as planned the next day where we knew the weather would be sunny. I will not book through the U-Haul number again!!!!

Great customer service. We had a reservation at a different location that was given away so this was a last-minute booking. The garage was actually closed. They came in and after business hours (on a Saturday) and met us there to pick up the U-Haul. very pleasant very friendly. Great customer service. Truck was super clean. I’m going to be needing another one soon and I will highly recommend this place to anyone.
