As easy as I could have hoped. Parked the truck. Walked in dropped off the keys, answered one question and received my electronic receipt about an hour later after I was gone. Would absolutely do this rental at these two locations again.

Aaroj PThe app would not allow me to upload pictures, check in or check out. I was charged an additional day because the app didn't work even though I returned the truck early.
David KI didn't get a call from them / a UHaul dispatcher the night before. I requested a pick up at 8 and was assigned one at 12:45. Luckily the truck was available before then, but I had to call them to ask. Ideally I would have recieved a notification that it was ready closer to my requested time.
