Caused a lot of confusion which is still going on til this day don’t appreciate it probably won’t be using Uhaul from this point forward
Darien LOur appointment was for 9:30am, we didn’t end up getting the equipment till 10:21am. We couldn’t pay by phone like I was told & i had to call U-Haul myself & pay because the owner couldn’t do anything. Truck & trailer weren’t hooked up waiting for us & I left as they were hooking up the trailer. The dolly was forgotten so I had to make a 30 min round trip to get it.
Brandon HMaybe a buzzer or doorbell to get attention. Hard to tell if anyone is around with the windows tinted.
