It makes no sense to send me to a return location that is 45 minutes out of the way. I passed over 10 locations for drop off. Could have saved mileage, time, and money.

Brendan BMy rental was moved from my original location to this one. My only issue was the pick-up time was not transferred accurately. I had made arrangements to pick up at 9am but the reservation was moved to noon and the location did not open until 9:30. I was made to wait about 45m for the location to open. The truck was great, new, clean, and ready to go once the confirmations were complete.
