The rental facility and people were fantastic.but during my trip with no load on the trailer a tire shredded and I was on the side of the road for six hours waiting for roadside to bring a tire. Two of the hours was just trying to contact uhaul. I called the number and was just put in the hold being told my wait time was less than five. Uhaul app would lock up on the 2nd page of the claim. Sent a chat request talked to a rep and she provided a different number to call. Which is the same I've been calling. I asked if she could just contact roadside for me ? She replied I gave you the number to call and left the chat. Finally on hour 2.25 I got ahold of another rep via chat whom handled my requests and resolved the problem and had roadside dispatched. The ordeal started at 4:15pm Roadside arrived at 10:45 pm. I want a refund.

They were going to unhook they trailer, but I had already done that, because of previous experience with the personnel at the piggly wiggly in Danville.
