The reservation was for in person pick up and when I got to the location, nobody was there. I called several times and left messages. Finally the guy called and said they are closed on the weekends. He said to call UHaul and see how I can get the truck I reserved. It was a huge hassle and this is a prime example of why I chose the original location and to be picked up IN PERSON. I might have to give Penski a try next time to ensure I get what I originally made my reservation for.

Patrick AMy location was changed. I was told the reservation was updated and it was not. I called day of to make sure everything was ready. They tried to fix the reservation to allow online pick up via app. The person did not let the store know. The store closed and then I had to wait for 45 minutes for the store owner to come and get me a key to the truck I rented.
