KOFFI KWhere do I start. After arriving to pickup my trailer, the wiring was completely frayed and the lights didn’t work, it delayed pickup by two hours while I sat to have it fixed. Then when all is said and done, my 785.00 dollar quote price ended up being charged to my credit card as 1074.40 so my credit card was then maxed and locked out, it was a horrible experience that 10/10 has made me no longer want to use U-Haul for any future moving needs. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and this caused my family stress, financial displacement, and many other negative emotions.
