Pickup location was different than the one I picked, I received a call informing me the location changed, but they failed to tell me the trailer would be different too. Instead of a ln auto transport they have me a toy hauler. This could work, if I owned tie down straps which would have been included in the auto hauler, that I first chose. The toy hauler didn't work though, because 2 hours into the trip one of the wheels blew out, smoking on the side of the road. 8 hours and 2 Uhaul locations later I was able to get an auto transport that didn't have mechanical issues.

Window was super dirty, did not have the dollys I had requested weeks in advance, when I picked it up representative was really short and wanted to grt back to his mechanic business faster. Voiced concerns about not knowing how to secure vehicle in auto hauler and instead of providing customer service only directed us to youtube.
