We had another great U-haul experience! The pick up was a breeze. The truck was well maintained and everything worked as expected. During drop-off, the app was not working but we walked inside and the lady at the desk was fast and courteous.

Camille GLady was helpful and listen to me complain about the Al mart location in San Marcos and gave me the “traffic” number to complain to them about the U-Haul from San Marcos that’s brakes and blinkers were out. Place looked just as sketchy and not very clean or organized
