The clerk changed my drop-off location at pickup and charged me an extra $100 for it. He was rude about it, and the staff seemed unfamiliar with U-Haul’s own process — it took far longer than it should have to get the truck. The truck itself hadn’t been cleaned: there was leftover stuff from the previous renter in the back, trash all over the cab, a half-open water bottle in the cupholder, and a beer cap on the floor. The location was hard to find and felt unsafe — I was uncomfortable the entire time I was there. It soured the whole experience, and I wouldn’t rent from this location again.

No complaints very good job
Joleeta FThis location was fine but I originally booked somewhere else, then had to change to here because they didn't leave my key out. I wasted over an hour of my and my friends' time moving. The location was fine but the service overall was abysmal.
VIRAJ GI rented this U-Haul in Ohio with mileage fees and taxes came to about $2200. The truck itself was clean however the air-conditioning was malfunctioning could not have it on and drive on the freeway for long periods of time without resistance and uncomfortable feeling coming from the engine drove better with the AC off what’s driving towards Texas from Ohio it became unseasonably, hot, uncomfortable, and downright gross between the heat from outside the AC not on and the heat from the engine. This particular truck has a whistle that is beyond annoying and obnoxious and had to listen to it for my whole 18 Hour Drive so I had to turn the music way above what I’m comfortable, listening to it at to drown out the sound missing all my phone calls and messages during my journey. Next time I think I should just hire a moving company if I’m gonna go through that to move myself anyway.
