It was really easy to book online, although I did choose to meet with staff to pick up the keys. They are some of the nicest and helpful people. We dropped it off after hours using the dropbox which was super convenient. Great location, equipment, and people!

Richard BThe back door to the U-Haul I rented was stuck! When we arrived to pick up furniture my son who is strong could not pry it open. My grandson who is also strong tried & it would not open still. We went home & they tried one more time & it opened. Needless to say we went back to pick up my furniture. Overall, It waisted my time, my grandson & son who work too got home later than they should have.
