Dawn MWe were taken care of in a positive respectful manner. Even when we were made aware of a situation that our paper vs tow vehicle was incorrect. We did have an issue with policy and the corporate. Really making a correction on paperwork shouldn’t be so difficult. Personnel should have the ability to correct paperwork if necessary. That was the only complaint I would have. The people at all locations were great.
ANTHONY LNothing, the gentleman who helped us provided great customer service.
Santiago QEverything was perfect, but I forgot to top off the gas, so maybe a red little sticker near the gas gauge that's hard to miss, to remind customers to top off. Great experience! Weir Brothers are the Pro's!
