We were taken care of in a positive respectful manner. Even when we were made aware of a situation that our paper vs tow vehicle was incorrect. We did have an issue with policy and the corporate. Really making a correction on paperwork shouldn’t be so difficult. Personnel should have the ability to correct paperwork if necessary. That was the only complaint I would have. The people at all locations were great.
