ALISON KI was hugely unfamiliar with the whole online check-in, so it took me longer than "normal" to get the truck.. Otherwise, it was easy peasy.. Maybe let people know this site is online check-in only... I did not know that when I moved my reservation to this location..
Beckie MBrandon was helpful, but Uhaul, customer service, the mobile app, and the entire failure from the online reservation to talking to dispatch, to the problem with the stores is all trash. Uhaul as a company is terrible, unreliable, stressful, and incompetent. 1 star very poor.
