90 minutes to rent a truck! The app is horrible.super frustrating. My idea, why doesn’t someone from U-Haul try it! Constantly failed while trying to submit photos…45 minutes for the return. The staff member helping was polite and kind. Not returning to this location and looking for another truck rental company all together.
