Noel, the lady that helped me, was the best! She did more for me then the customer service representatives for Uhaul did!

Improve the online / after hour pick up process. It was terrible! Completely terrible. I will find any other resource in the future.
Karen GExtremely rude and condescending clerk!
Mike BI was harassed the entire time. I booked and my booking term was 15 hours and quoted me around $30. Three hours later they tried charging by an additional $150, then I called . And after they charged me $40 twice I got a bill for $350 awful
Carly KThe App would not work when I tried to check in. The person at the desk couldn't help me because I needed to use the App. She told me that it showed that I picked it up and to just take photos of the truck just in case..... Tried to chat as the gas cap was seemingly stuck as I was trying to refill the gas. The person on the line asked me to turn it to the left - Really??? I told her it was stuck. Then she told me to find someone else to help me. Really???? What I found is that you simply have to force the cap past where it was stuck by any means possible and then it would come off. Poor maintenance if the cap has to be forced to open. The app worked fine on drop off. While everything worked, there was no lock on the cargo door so that I could lock the truck at night. When driving and would hit a bump in the road or pothole (these are very common in Colorado Springs), it sounded like parts were falling out of the truck - seriously like screws and bolts were coming out of the dash and rolling down the front panels and out of the truck. Will more likely rent from home depot with penske trucks in the future.
