The use of the app is ridiculous! It did not work well and took an hour and 45 minutes to get the rental truck. The truck was garbage. The gas tank was duct tape shut. When we got to the delivery location, the truck broke down. Some guy came to jump it and told us we had to take it back ourselves immediately , because it probably wouldn’t start again. It took almost an hour again to turn in the stupid broken don truck.

Guy RUhaul the company changed locations two days before pickup. The new location Fayette County Recovery & Storage did not have furniture pads. The representative did not see I had requested furniture pads and missed removing them from the invoice.
KIRK EI did not receive blankets or dully location aware so if I was charged for that you need to take it off . [redacted] location was awesome except you assigned me these accessories without them being available / Also your website and app were not easy to use cause my location and me a lot of issues !!!! Thank god counter guy helped Me . Your reps were no help !!!!!!
