I was sexually harassed while in the office! The guy was making vulgar comments towards me! He asked me for my underwear and then proceeded to offer to buy them from me! This was the worse experience I’ve had with U-Haul and I have used their services multiple times! On top of the harassment, the U-Haul truck was not up to date with maintenance. It cost me over $500 in gas to move my things. Not to mention, I was given one price over the phone and charged more at the property!
