It was a Self service drop off, but that was not straightforward. EZ at all. I had to figure out where to park the trailer in a very disorganized and busy area and when I went through this self return process, I was unable to take photographs of my trailer as instructed. The app or the program online prevented me from uploading pictures. When I called Uhaul for help, they said that I had successfully checked out, but noted that I had no pictures in the checkout. So I had no way of documenting that I had successfully returned the trailer and it was all based on someone else’s judgment who would be completing that return in my absence. In any case, it waste a lot of time it was not easy.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe man inside at the desk was not friendly or receptive. It felt like I interrupted his computer work or something and his pit bull that was roaming free around the office was intimidating.
