The drop off location was closed during reported business hours. Someone heard us out front and came to help with what was needed. It was hard to see the screen on my phone and over 95 degrees outside when I returned the unit. Also the cell service in that area was bad. Not a great experience.

BALDWIN OI was charged $71 in additional fees including for not having a quarter tank of gas in the vehicle (nothing in writing required that and we picked it up with little gas) and I still put $15 worth of gas in it at drop off. I paid for having extended days and dropped it off within the time frame, yet was charged a late drop off fee. When I went to drop off the vehicle, there was nobody in site and had to walk to the back where there was a young man working underneath a lifted vehicle while drinking a Mich Ultra. He seemed to not know what to do and finally just informed me that "we were good." I will be filing a complaint with the county, OSHA, and BBB, as I don't think I was treated properly and have safety concerns for any "mechanic" drinking on the job. I also left several messages with the site about this yet have not received a phone call back.
