our reservation was made to pick up at superior auto in hellertown pa - the day before with. o prior notice the location was changed 25 minutes away. we arrived at the new location 10 mins early and no one was there - we waits until the scheduled pickup time at 9 and still no one was there. i called both contact numbers provided to us and the owner of the pick up location advised they didn’t open until 10; the service rep at the other office was of no help. 10 o’clock rolls around and the other of the location was STILL not there and which time i called u-haul back and they routed us to yet another location and provided a larger truck when i asked for a reduce rate for our inconvenience- a larger truck did NOTHING for us. we planned this trip around a wedding for the weekend and placing us two ours behind schedule resulted in us missing the wedding. i was advised a manager would be reviewing the file for which i have yet to receive that phone call or contact in any way. i found the entire experience with u-haul unsatisfactory, frustrating and unwillingness to attempt to satisfy a customer. i would still appreciate a partial refund and would like to discuss further.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe only issues we had were that we couldn't do any of the check in or check out on either one of our phones. Luckily the representative that Coopersburg Auto was extremely helpful, as was Sarah who we talked to on the phone from the main UHaul at night to help check us out. There needs to be an easier way with checking in and out
