Excellent experience! The location was very clean and well maintained, and the equipment was in great condition. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Everything was quick and easy from start to finish. I’m extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Keep up the great work

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was charged double for a hand cart that was not in truck. And charged for a dozen blankets when only two were in truck.
William RThe location did not feel safe at night. The app stopped working before I could locate the instructions for pickup. Took an hour to find the lockbox and had to call support to get the code. The lockbox was on a totally different building than the one I parked at.
