I was directed to this location due to the fact that my rental vehicle was no longer available at the site I originally chose. It was not until I reviewed my invoice that I realized I was charge insurance coverage ($15.00). I specifically declined this option when I completed the on-line reservation. Therefore, why I was charged this fee is poor customer service and I feel that a "bait & switch" took place. Poor customer service and deceitful transaction.

How U-Haul Reviews Workthe gas was rediculous.. i went One mile and half from the pick up and drop off location!, the gas was Four and half gallons..... someone was cheating me out of money
brenda hThe big issue that I have was them charging me 30.00 for safe move which I never agreed to! I did file a complaint and waiting very patiently to hear from them.
Richard AThe U-Haul truck was filthy. The floor of the cab was filthy and noted on initial inspection. Then upon arriving to my location to start the move I had to sweep out the back of the truck. There was dirt and pieces of carpet all over the back.
Jason MThe woman who assisted us was great, but the vehicle had no gas and reeked of cigarette smoke.
